Overview
TC4 series intelligent industrial regulator/temperature controller is a multi-functional regulating instrument using a dedicated microprocessor. It uses switching power supply and surface mount technology (SMT), so the instrument is exquisite, compact and reliable in performance. The unique self-diagnosis function, self-tuning function and intelligent control function enable operators to obtain good results through simple operations.
Main feature:
Various signals such as thermocouples, thermal resistors, and analog quantities can be input freely.
The measurement range can be set freely. Software zero adjustment and full scale adjustment, cold end temperature measurement alone, amplifier self-stabilizing zero, display accuracy better than 0.5% FS.
Fuzzy theory combined with traditional PID method provides fast and stable control with advanced tuning scheme.
Optional outputs: relay contacts, logic levels, thyristor single-phase, three-phase zero-crossing or phase-shift trigger pulses, analog quantities, and two definable alarm contact outputs.
